Refund Policy
How refunds work for the custom-built services NWS Digital Services delivers.
All services provided by NWS Digital Services are custom-built specifically for each Client.
As every project involves dedicated planning, design, development, and resource allocation, refunds are governed by the following policy.
01Advance Payment
A 50% advance payment is required before work begins.
Once development has commenced, the advance payment becomes strictly non-refundable, as project resources have already been committed.
02Nature of Services
Website design, software development, branding, and automation services are custom-created for each Client and therefore cannot be resold or reused.
For this reason, refunds are not available once project work has commenced.
03Project Cancellation
If the Client cancels a project after development has begun:
- No refund will be issued for the advance payment.
- Work completed prior to cancellation remains the intellectual property of NWS Digital Services until all outstanding payments have been settled.
04Final Payment & Delivery
Final deliverables—including source code, website files, deployment credentials, and ownership rights—will only be released after the remaining balance has been paid in full.
05Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered where NWS Digital Services is unable to commence or deliver the agreed project due to reasons solely within its control.
Such cases will be reviewed individually and remain at the sole discretion of NWS Digital Services.
